Excellent way to see the main sites of the city! The driver was very professional and kind. The van had glorious AC and even cold bottles of water when we got in. We arranged a private tour of the Colosseum and the guide was amazing! Make sure you bring some sort of photo ID with your tickets. The driver took us to an amazing local restaurant for lunch that will never be able to find again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in Rome for the day!

While Bruno proved entertaining and a great driver the tour did not meet expectations or price. The van was too small for 8 adult passengers. Spent much too much time at Basilica of St Paul. The most anticipated part of put Rome tour was the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica. We paid for the Vatican museum tour but none was provided and we were not reimbursed . We were handed tickets and left to go on our own. No instructions. We paid for tour headphones at Vatican even though we had also paid for them with the tour. Again we were not reimbursed Wondered around Musium and never did get to St Peter’s Cathedral. Other visits were only drive by with only 2 minutes for pix at Coleseum. Never saw Spanish Stairs or Trevi Fountain. 8 guests who were not happy. I will personally reimburse the other couples for the Vatican tour guide. Highly disappointed and cannot recommend to others

The best driver I’ve ever had. Was super knowledgeable about absolutely everything from historical landmarks, to the best restaurants, desert spots and cafes in town. After we even jammed to some music and he showed us around absolutely everywhere. The driver , Shiraz drove at a very comfortable speed from the cruise port to Rome and around to the multiple spots he took us. The guide, Franchescha was fabulous! Many years of experience and knowledge and it showed in the information she passed on add the shortcuts she knew to take. The main alter and the Pieta were covered in St Peters during our visit, which was a disappointment.
Bruno and Franchescha fit in the coliseum, Trevi fountain, Vatican museums, St Peters, wonderful lunch place and she took us into the forum even though it wasn’t planned earlier. Fantastic guide and organized well by Bruno.

No other company was able to show us this much and get us back to our cruise ship in time, at a great price!

We used them for a full day, private tour of Rome, while on a cruise. From the scheduling to the tour itself, it was perfect. Our driver picked us up right at the cruise port at the designated time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us on our schedule and gave us a great recommendation for lunch. We booked a tour from Civitavecchia, where our cruise ship was docked. Overall the tour was a great glimpse of Rome. We visited St Peter’s Basilica, several fountains, and, they had arranged a private tour of the coliseum. The guide who took us through the coliseum was absolutely top notch.
This tour also included a stop at a wonderful restaurant (not included in the price) who provided samples of local foods common for the area. The food and experience was very enjoyable.
Lastly, as promised, we finished the day with what is likely the best gelato in Rome.

Overall, you can’t go wrong with this tour, especially if you have limited time.

If we could give 10 stars, we would ! We were on an NCL cruise recently in the Mediterranean with Rome on our itinerary, we had booked with Luxury Rome Tours in advance, as this is one of the most important destinations. We were picked up in an amazing comfortable Mercedes by the owner of the company, Bruno. He was an incredibly wonderful, knowledgeable, warm, kind driver as he expeditiously drove us to Rome. We wanted to do Vatican City and the Colosseum in the allotted time for the excursion and Bruno pulled this off with excellence! He got us to the Vatican to meet our private guide, which he prearranged, with plenty of time and who was absolutely amazing. He then took us to important places in Rome that only he would know how to access as he knew the streets and the city like the back of his hand. He took us to the city center to enjoy the most amazing espresso as a treat on him, then after the Trevi fountain, he treated us for some amazing local pizza before he delivered us to the Colosseum and Pantheon with another amazing tour guide for the afternoon visit. We were able to see the Colosseum and all the wonderful sites with an amazing private tour guide and then he took us for some amazing city sites that only few knew about. Then off for some of the best gelato we’ve ever had in our lives! Bruno got us back to the port with plenty of time to spare. If you’re looking for the perfect most magical time in Rome, Bruno is your man.

Then he brought us back in time as well. We were in constant communication through WhatsApp. Really good service. We had only booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel, but we liked the service so much that we already arranged to take us to the airport as well.

He took us to some amazing places to eat, gave us interesting historical insights to the area, and showed us all of the sights we wanted to see. We could not have asked for a better time! It was a very professional and easy to book service. I was able to call and message them through what’s app, and send all the information. The drivers came early and were professional the whole time. (Most drivers in Italy drive quite dangerous but these drivers were smart and safe with us). They were able to accommodate 11 people in our group for a good price, and they came to our airbnb which was in a hard to reach spot. Overall very satisfied with this service! Especially with how hard it is to get a taxi or Uber in Rome, this service was very useful.

Our family took the Rome night tour with ghazuan driver tour guide on our first night in Rome. First, it was a great way to force ourselves into the timezone. Second, it was the perfect way to start our trip to Italy! To see the Rome is amazing but to see it for the first time at night, it is BREATH TAKING!! Our driver tour guide, , was funny, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk and stops along the way as we traveled to the we book also the Colosseum tour night The tour of the Colosseum itself was a wonderful experience. Being able to walk where the Gladiators once did was a gift my family and I will forever treasure. We did two tours with luxury Rome Tour. The first was at the Colosseum in the morning with ugenio he is a great guide! He did shared so much interesting information and history of the whole area. We appreciated his love for Roman history and for keeping us entertained with his stories. It was a warm day, but well worth it!

Mauro gave us a another great tour of the Vatican. What a beautiful place to visit. He is so passionate and showed us so many special statues, paintings, tapestries, and of course, the Sistine Chapel. We had a nice, small group which made the tour even better. They even gave us delicious pizza and drinks before leaving. I highly recommend LUXURY ROME TOUR.

By far the best taxi service ever in Rome! They picked us up at the airport, two days later took us on our cruise, were there to pick us up from our cruise, and then two days later they took us back to the airport. I only used one car service company and that was them and by far the most professional, on time, courteous service company I have ever dealt with. Roberto and the three other drivers were all absolutely amazing! All arrived prior to the pick up time, cars are spotless! it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Would recommend them to anyone.

I connected with him for the shuttle service in Rome for both short and long trips before arriving in Italy via WhatsApp. He was quick, professional and made quotes for each service. I was able to decide and reserve in advance during peak summer season. On the day of the trip or the day before, send a message and confirm the time and send your drivers on time. The cars were clean and the drivers were very professional and polite and spoke English. Our experience with this company was excellent and we will use their service again if we ever travel to Italy in the future and I will recommend my friends to visit Italy.

It is the best company in Italy for tours and transfers. I am really satisfied with the professional service of this team. Our tour guide was an experienced and knowledgeable guy. He gave a good account of the various histories of the Roman Empire from the beginning to the end. Our tour of the Vatican--Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's was superb. Our tour guide Emanuele was so knowledgeable and passionate about the locations. Really enjoyed her insight and extra stories after the Vatican Museum we go with bruno to have a fantastic city Rome tour foe 4 hours and we have amazing time he is enjoyable and professional driver tour guide we visit Rome from all the sides and we stop everywhere to get some pictures and we have the best Italian ice cream my and my family had a wonderful time with this company. We loved our experience with luxury Rome Tour once again! We toured with them 3 years ago, and had such a lovely experience, we came back for more. We did the early morning Vatican, Catacombs & Crypts, and Evening city tours The driver are fantastic and added so much context to the sites/art! It’s also an incredibly efficient way to see Rome if you’re short on time. Wouldn’t do it any other way!

Mauro was our driver for the day and he was fantastic. We were picked up in a clean mini van with water. His English was great. He gave us a detailed overview of everything we saw and where we were going. He drove us first to Florence and took us to many of the main sights and then on to Pisa. He was helpful, friendly and would highly recommend him. I have 4 kids and he was great with them as well. If we ever return I’d hire him again. Thanks for the great trip!

Mauro was an outstanding driver, not only was his knowledge of ancient roman civilization plentiful, he showed us his passion for teaching others consistently throughout our time with him. He created a positive environment to learn of the beauties of Rome through his enthusiastic and charming demeanor. It was easy to work with Bruno. Basheer was a great tour guide. We enjoyed the day immensely. He picked us up from the ship on time and we saw all the sights in Rome that he had listed for the tour and more. We had a lovely lunch and later ice cream. In the afternoon we visited the catacombs, a unique experience. He is what we call in Ireland 'a gas man' (funny and entertaining). The tour was well worth it and we will book Basheer the next time we are in Rome.

I scheduled our transportation needs during our 14 day trip through Luxury Rome Tours. We had 6 different pickups with a group of 10 and the service was fabulous. Airport and cruise shuttle pickups were on time and in nice clean Mercedes vans with friendly drivers. Our last 2 pickups for transport to the airport were scheduled for days that the taxi's all decided to go on strike so was very glad we used this service for all our needs. Also, the communication with the owner pre, during and after the trip was excellent. I will also be passing their name onto our cruise coordinator as a recommended go to transportation service in Rome.

I wish I could give 10 stars! We had a fantastic time with Bruno. Not only was he knowledgeable about all of the sights we were taking in, but high energy, amiable, and courteous. We had a very limited amount of time in Rome due to the fact that our cruise ship was docked for one day only. And let me tell you, if you're trying to do Rome in 9 hours, this is the way to go about it. Bruno made sure we saw all the highlights, and we even had time to stop for a beautiful meal, an iced coffee, and souvenir shopping. We will 100% be booking with him again when we come back. We spent 4 days in the magnificent city of Rome! Sometimes simply speechless!

My Daughter and I have used Bruno's service to transfer from the airport to our hotel/residence many times. He has gone above and beyond ensuring flights are met. But where Bruno really shined was on his day tour from Rome to the Amalfi coast. He set the itinerary understanding we wanted a tour of Pompeii. Bruno arranged for a private tour of Pompeii and then drove us down the Amalfi coast to Positano. He accommodates any requests and ensures that the trip is more than meeting expectations. Bruno was truly wonderful! My husband has mobility issues and we were struggling to get around Rome when I called Bruno’s number. From day one, he went out of his way to make sure we had a ride whenever we needed it. But the most fantastic surprise was when he offered to pick us up and take us to a favorite restaurant of his in Castel Gandolfo. Bruno waited there while we had a romantic dinner on a private balcony and then took us back to our room. He was generous of his time and spirit. He truly enhanced our vacation. Rick and I feel like we made a friend and I recommend him to anyone that wants a professional and thoughtful person to work with!

i booked the airport FCO transfer Monday , and really i wished the "journey" with that car could have not finished. Were 30minutes of a sweet detachment from reality ...comfort , nice music and Bruno the driver very good vibe person.

Bruno was fantastic and very resourceful in dealing with my last minute request.

At less than one day's notice, he organised a memorable full day itinerary with a 7 am start so that we could see the main sites without obstruction and a private tour guide to the Vatican museum with an afternoon lunch by the beautiful Castel Gondolfo.

Very personable and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will use his services again when I visit Rome or other places in Italy.
